WATERFRONT INSULAR HOTEL DAVAO – selected guests have been invited to an intimate luncheon on Monday, the 4th of July.
Café Uno, one of the hotel’s main restaurants, went Red, White and Blue in celebration of the American Independence and the Filipino-American Friendship Day. The menu featured an all-American buffet of famous recipes like Cajun Seafood, Chili Fries, Mac and Cheese with Truffles, Cowboy Ribs and Corn Bread and a bucketful of hot and spicy Buffalo Wings to name a few.
Together with the celebration of the historic 4th of July, WIHD introduces their quarter-round American Themed Lunch Buffet and other dining options for the months of July to September. At La Parilla, one may savor a hearty and authentic hotpot Shabu Shabu meal daily from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, best enjoyed with a bowl of rice and five (5) other friends. At the Vinta Bar, a bucketful of Buffalo Wings is available every Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am and a side-feature of a Buffalo Bucket Challenge in between 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm – the person who gets to eat the most number of wings at the given time wins a prize. At Café Uno, guests may get 50% less with International Cuisine on Mondays, American themed lunch buffet on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and Filipino cooking on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
